When I figured out how much being a homeowner was going to cost me, utilities was one of the last things that I worried about. I was more concerned with fixing up my house and all the money that was going to take out of my budget. Well, now I know and I'm trying to make adjustments about what I can do to save money with utilities.

I guess that also when I rented, at least one of my utilities was always included in my monthly rent so that's another reason that I didn't really think about this. But, I went online to see if I could find some ways to cut down on utilities and what I found was ENERGYSAVINGS.com. I signed up for energy price protection through it, so I at least won't get any nasty surprises on my energy bill.

I'm also working on finding the best prices on my other utilities, like my internet and cable. It seems like a lot of trouble now, but I know it will be worth the money IÕll save over time.

There is this number that keeps calling me plenty of times in a day. Gosh! It is just so irritating and I don't know when this stop calling me. Until how long would they keep dialing my number. They wanted to sell something which I already gave them the hint that I am not interested at all. They knew that their call is not important to me so they don't ever leave a message to voicemail. I onced picked up their call and hung up. They should know by then I didn't ever want their call in the future. I must learn how to block their number though from calling me. It was a little strange that I onced looked up their number through the net but couldn't find a trace where it came from. Trying to hide so whenever they give call to someone they can get through, lucky that they can do on their first try but not for more than once.
