Summer is one of our favorite times of the year, and this year’s special because my son, Marcus, is now old enough to stay homewith his brothers during the days full time. It’s going to save us so much money on a babysitter and our neighborhood has tons of other kids, so it will actually be a lot of fun for all three of them. There are some really helpful neighbors on either side of us, too, so I’ve talked to them about helping me keep an eye on the boys. I recently went to look at security systems augusta and am thinking of getting an alarm installed that I can control remotely, that way I’ll know if the boys leave the house and can check to make sure it’s armed. I totally trust Marcus and I’m excited for him to gain this responsibility this year!
It is past 1 am and here I am still wide awake. I woke up just to iron Nicole's uniform as it is her first day of school tomorrow from a long holiday break. She's been talking about her classmates and how much she wanted to see them. She is very sweet! I have had to check everything is all prepared for her school tomorrow. She already gathered all her stuffs also, her book bag, books to be turned into library, done her bath tonight and many more.
It is my day off tomorrow and the next day, so hopefully, I will be productive. I think I will since one more load of laundry is waiting for me in the bathroom. I already sorted them out and what's left is hubby's dirty clothes to be washed. I got him lots of clothes for Christmas so I don't worry too much for his wardrobe for the next week. Everything is all set. I just need to clean the house from holiday mess.
He's been a great husband that understood of my partying with friends during holidays. He knows I got tired from work and need some enjoyment in life. Thank you hubs for being understanding and kind all this time.
